The Ministry of Education of the State of Nuevo Leon

hopes to improve the educational quality in the schools that received the lowest scores in the ENLACE test.

To accomplish this, the Ministry of Education established an agreement in collaboration with Harvard University and with ViaEducation to design, implement and evaluate a reading-writing program in the 100most relegated schools of the state.

The objective is to improve the teaching practices and give follow-up to the implementation of the program, with the goal to evaluate its efficacy and later on to reproduce it in other places.
