History

In 2004, a group of students of Harvard and MIT get together periodically to discuss the poverty and inequality situations in different places of Latin America.  As they were exploring the causes, they were analyzing posible choices of solving those problems.  In a space designed for these kind of reflections and under the consultancy of their professors, they began to develop the idea that the citizen participation is fundamental to carry out actions focused on the improvement of the people life's quality.

These meetings evolved up to create an international Net of specialists in the field of education aiming to do research, design, implementation and evaluation of strategies that could be an answer to the poverty and inequality situations that suffers one third of the world's population.
